    If you answered yes to these questions, you may be experiencing symptoms of trauma.

Trauma therapy

During individual therapy for trauma, you can expect:

  • that I will ask you questions about the trauma symptoms you are experiencing

  • that you will be able to talk about the trauma(s) you experienced at your own pace

  • to learn about the way that trauma affects the brain and body

  • to have the option to receive EMDR therapy
